Recent revisions to the Clandestine Entrant Civil Penalty Scheme and the Nationality and Borders Act 2022 mean penalties for carrying “clandestine entrants” into the UK could increase from £2,000 to £10,000 per entrant. Fines of £1,500 per responsible person could also be issued if a vehicle is not secured to prevent clandestine entry. M-PARK’s Vehicle Security Report allows customers to efficiently record geo-tagged, time stamped logs of vehicle checks, including supporting photos and documentation, directly on a smart phone or tablet. Fleet Managers receive real-time alerts, reports, and data export functions to stay compliant and keep drivers, vehicles, and cargo safe.
